If you're having trouble using your Camera or Microphone when answering video questions, please follow the instructions below to ensure it's working:

Chrome on Desktop
Step 1 | Click on the lock icon in the address bar at the top of the page. | |
Step 2 | Go down to the labels marked 'Camera' and 'Microphone' and make sure they are set to 'Allow'. Reload the page for the changes to take effect. |
Firefox on Desktop
Step 1 | Click on the info icon in the address bar at the top of the page. | |
Step 2 | Go down to Permissions and ensure that 'Use the Microphone' and 'Use the Camera' are set to 'Allowed'. If they're 'Blocked', removed them from Permissions and reload the page. |
Safari on Desktop
Step 1 | Go the menu bar and click on 'Safari' > 'Preferences'. | |
Step 2 | Go to 'Websites' and click on 'Camera'. Find 'live.vieple.com' in the list and ensure it's set to 'Allow' | |
Step 3 | Go to 'Microphone', look for 'live.vieple.com' in the list and ensure it's set to 'Allow'. | |
Step 4 | Close the Preferences window and reload the page. |
Edge on Desktop
Step 1 | Click on the lock icon in the address bar at the top of the page. | |
Step 2 | Go down to 'Website permissions' and ensure that the 'Microphone' and 'Webcam' are set to 'On'. Reload the page for the changes to take effect. |
Chrome on Android
Step 1 | Click on the menu icon in the top right corner. Scroll-down and select 'Settings'. | |
Step 2 | Scroll down and select 'Site Settings'. | |
Step 3 | Tap on 'Camera'. | |
Step 4 | Ensure that 'live.vieple.com' is in the 'Allowed' list. If it is in 'Blocked' then tap on it. | |
Step 5 | Set the Camera and Microphone access to 'Allow' (If you cannot see the option for Camera or Microphone then you should be fine). | |
Step 6 | Do the same for Microphone, making sure 'live.vieple.com' is in the 'Allowed' list and follow the previous instructions if it isn't. |
Safari on iOS
Step 1 | Go to the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad. | |
Step 2 | Head to 'Battery' in the settings app and turn 'Power Saver Mode' to 'Off' | |
Step 3 | Open the Safari app and go to live.vieple.com | |
Step 4 | Tap on the AA icon in the top-left corner and click on Website Settings | |
Step 5 | Change Camera and Microphone to Allow |
Chrome on iOS
Step 1 | Go to the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad. | |
Step 2 | Head to 'Battery' in the settings app and turn 'Power Saver Mode' to 'Off' | |
Step 3 | Find the 'Chrome' app | |
Step 4 | Make sure the 'Microphone' and 'Camera' are enabled |
