NOTE: If you are using a mobile device, it is recommended that you use your device's native browser to conduct the video interview i.e. Google Chrome for Android devices and Safari for Apple devices. See "Completing your interview on a Mobile Device."
If using another web browser does not solve the issue, we would recommend:
- Switching to another computer or mobile device
- Connecting to another Wi-Fi network
