To connect and start your interview, you will need either:

• A PC or Mac with an internet connection

or

• A mobile device using iOS (iPhone iPad) or Android

The steps for getting started with your interview are as follows:

1. Ensure you are in a quiet space
2. Follow the link from your email invitation to live.vieple.com
3. Enter your email and password (if you don't have a password, you can reset it by clicking on the "Forgot Password?" link)
4. Click on the name of the interview you would like to take
5. Make sure you can hear and see yourself in the practice questions (this video is for your use only, and won't be seen by recruiters)
6. Proceed to your video interview

iPhone or Android

1. Ensure you are in a quiet space
2. Copy the link from your email invitation and paste into your device's native browser i.e. Google Chrome for Android devices and Safari for iOS devices.
3. Enter your email and password (if you don't have a password, you can reset it by clicking on the "Forgot Password?" link)
4. Click on the name of the interview you would like to take
5. Make sure you can hear and see yourself in the practice questions (this video is for your use only, and won't be seen by recruiters)
6. Proceed to your video interview
